Queso Dip

When I was working in the Fort Worth SBA office they were always having pot lucks and this was always a favorite. They cook it all together in a slow cooker. They feel the Ro-Tel brand is a must and sent me home with a couple of cans. They love to eat in Texas.

Recipe of: Janet Makes 2 1/2 cups

1 package (16 oz) velveeta cheese cut into 1 inch cubes
1 can (10 oz) Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, undrained--the one who gave me the recipe said to use 2 cans!!!
1/2 lb cooked sausage

Blend cheese and tomatoes in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add cooked sausage.

Serve warm with corn chips. (Works well in a slow cooker)
