Swedish Pancakes

Grandma Hardy's specialty...everyone loves them. It was definitely one of John's favorites...he even painted a picture with the recipe on it!

1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons sugar

Mix all together in a blender. Melt butter in large skillet, use 1/8 to 1/4 cup batter to make large thin pancakes (like crepes). To serve, roll with jam inside and milk on top. Or peanut butter (Pulsipher favorite) and syrup. Or even powdered sugar and fruit! Yummy.
