When my sisters came to visit my new home in 1999, Jeanne made this treat for us. When I was in Hong Kong, they served it at the movies. And when I was in New York, they made it combined with caramel! It is good.

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
1/2 c corn syrup
2 to 3 tsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Add all ingredients and boil 2-3 minutes. Pour and stir over popped corn.
