I love salmon served on garlic mashed potatoes as they did in London or grilled and served on a salad as they did in Maryland or covered with carmel pecans as they served it in Texas but when I have a nice piece of salmon, this is how I love to fix it at home. The recipe came from my friend Myrna in Manhattan Beach who is a fabulous cook.

Put salmon in glass baking dish and sprinkle w lemon juice and a smidgin of salt and then cover with cream or sour cream. Bake at 500 degrees for 14 minutes (or 400 degrees for 25 minutes) till fish flakes easily.
