This is another recipe from Emeril/ Food Network
It is great rubbed on pork tenderloin or bbq ribs (it is a little spicy).
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon pepper
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Use to season chicken, seafood, steaks or vegetables.
