Exquisite Pie Crust

This is the pie crust from Mom's Dorcas Club Cook Book and is the best I think!

2 cups flour
1 cup shortening (3/4 crisco, 1/4 butter)
1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder
6-8 tablespoons cold water or milk

Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in small bowl. Cut flour mixture and shortening with knives until the size of small peas. Add water or milk till the right consistency for pastry. Slightly knead till smooth. Roll out and put in pie tins. Makes 2 pastrys.
