Pork Chops and Apples

I always like bake recipes with no last minute work and I love apples so I still do this one for myself only with less pork chops and apples and then I freeze one for another day. Apples keeps pork chops tender and no need for dessert--the apples are it!

Serves: 6

6 Pork Chops
3 or 5 unpeeled apples (cored and sliced)

Oven 350 degrees. Brown chops. Place apple slices in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, dot with butter. Top with browned pork chops. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hr or less--Depends on width of chops.
