1 pkg. spinach, frozen, cooked and drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr’s vegetable soup mix
Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise together. Add the dried soup mix to this. When the spinach cools, squeeze out excess liquid, then mix with the rest of the ingredients. Chill at least 3 hours.

My sister Carole made this and said it was "Delish" but added mozzarella cheese "like they do at the Rib and Chop"! She said she would visit 'Hardy Recipes' often.
