Beef Brisket

This is a nice dinner to have in the oven while at church or out shopping. It came from my sister-in-law Mary.

Lay any size beef brisket on heavy foil and cover with 1 pkg dry onion soup mix and 1 can mushroom soup. Seat foil around (not too tight) but no holes or tears. Bake at 300-325 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs or all day at 225 degrees.
