Pork Chops Baked in Sour Cream

The 'other' white meat we forget about.

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Dredge 4 loin porchops 1/2 inch thick with seasoned flour and lightly brown in oil. Place in a glass baking dish. Combine, heat and pour over the chops:

1/2 cup water , 1/2 bay leaf, 2 T vinegar, 1 T sugar and 1/2 cup sour cream

Cover and bake for about one hour.
